ORDERING, PAYMENT, AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ECheck, and Paypal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or bank transfers for website orders.
ORDERING INFORMATION: IF YOu live WITHIN the United states (non-U.S. residents, click here), just click on an "Add to Cart" button and you will be taken to your Shopping Cart, where your shipping and handling charge will automatically be added to your total. Orders over $60 WILL ship for free. The shipping and handling charge for orders under $60 will be $6.80. Sorry, sales tax will be added for West Virginia residents.
You may edit your Shopping Cart at any time prior to checking out by choosing "Remove" or by changing the quantity, then clicking on "Update Cart". You may then click either "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed to Checkout". After you click "Proceed to Checkout", you will be given a choice of paying either by Paypal or a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or ECheck). If you wish to pay by credit card but you do have a Paypal account, just indicate that you do not have a Paypal account.
Following the completion of your transaction, you should receive a receipt by email from Paypal, even if you paid by credit card, and within approximately 1 to 2 days, you will receive an email confirmation of your order from Deerkiss Hollow Customer Service. Shortly thereafter, you will receive an email confirmation from Deerkiss Hollow Customer Service that your order has been shipped. In the meantime you may send an email to deerkisshollow@citynet.net to inquire about the status of your order.
Sorry, but we ship to addresses outside of the United States only under special arrangement. If you live outside of the United States, please do not order from this website, or your payment will not be accepted. This is because there must be additional shipping and handling charges included in your payment total. Please email us at deerkisshollow@citynet.net so that your payment total can be calculated. If the total is acceptable to you, we can email you an invoice directly instead of your using this website's Shopping Cart. The invoice will contain a link for you to click to make your payment by either credit card or Paypal.
SHIPPING INFORMATION for u.s. orders: Orders of $60 or more will be SHIPPED FREE. For orders under $60, the shipping charge will be $6.80. Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 3 days of receipt of payment. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. We ship by United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Delivery Confirmation is included with all orders. The estimated time of delivery of your order will be 1 to 3 days from the date of shipment, depending on your distance from the Cumberland, Maryland, area.
